Terms of payment

The bill for your stay can be paid as follows:

• Cash payment for the total amount of the stay under €3.000,00. Higher amounts or the balance must be paid in advance by credit card, cheque or bank transfer (exception for guests from non-European countries such as Russia and Switzerland, who can pay higher amounts in cash).
• Bank transfer (in this case the total amount must be paid in advance).
• Cheque (in this case, we kindly ask you to hand in the cheque within one day of your arrival so that we can deposit it).
• Credit card (except Diners and American Express).

Cancellation conditions

Although cancellations are unpleasant for both sides, unforeseen events can always occur. The Consumer Protection Act does not provide for a right of cancellation. However, we offer the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit
• From 60 to 30 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit
• From 30 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount will be refunded
• Less than 8 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure, less people than booked or no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure

• Apartments are reserved from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 9.00 on the day of departure.
