Information about prices and general conditions

• The reserved apartment cannot be occupied by more people (including babies) than agreed at the time of booking.
• Smoking and throwing cigarette butts out of windows and balconies is forbidden in the apartments and all common areas.
• It is not allowed to transport furniture outside the holiday apartments.
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Arrival and departure

• Apartments are reserved from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 9.00 on the day of departure.

Reservation and deposit

Terms of payment

The bill for your stay can be paid as follows:

• Cash payment for the total amount of the stay under €3.000,00. Higher amounts or the balance must be paid in advance by credit card, cheque or bank transfer (exception for guests from non-European countries such as Russia and Switzerland, who can pay higher amounts in cash).
• Bank transfer (in this case the total amount must be paid in advance).
• Cheque (in this case, we kindly ask you to hand in the cheque within one day of your arrival so that we can deposit it).
• Credit card (except Diners and American Express).

Cancellation conditions

Although cancellations are unpleasant for both sides, unforeseen events can always occur. The Consumer Protection Act does not provide for a right of cancellation. However, we offer the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: 80% refund of the deposit
• From 60 to 30 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit
• From 30 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount will be refunded
• Less than 8 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure, less people than booked or no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
